Natalie is a UK born artist currently living in Melbourne. In 2016 Natalie Ellis watched Judy Waters work with Resin on Colour In Your Life and was inspired to start using resin! It was exactly what she was looking for to get the effects she wanted. Natalie immediately started creating and selling resin artwork as her medium of choice around the world.
Natalie Ellis creates big glossy resin artworks and is on a mission to make homes and workspaces even more stunning. Natalie’s mission is to bring the beautiful big wide world into artwork. Her mission is to inspire people to be the best version of themselves and live their life to the fullest. Natalie passionately believes that colour and beautiful things raises our happiness levels, which increases the vibration we are putting out into the world. Much of her inspiration comes from her adventures and travels around the world.
Natalie Ellis primarily uses resin which creates a stunning glass like finish. She mixes resin with a variety of inks, paints and pigments. Her style is spontaneous, following her intuition and feelings. Natalie’s style of art is contemporary and modern, suiting locations such as homes, hotels, restaurants and offices.
Natalie Ellis has sold art works to The States, Hawaii, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Australia and The UK. Natalie runs resin workshops teaching others her techniques.
Commissions are welcomed by Natalie – please get in touch to find out what her availability is as she has a very busy year ahead! For every piece of art she sells, she buys inspiring life changing books, for those who are most in need and want to change their lives. Collectors of Natalie’s art are helping her on this mission, for which she is hugely grateful.
“I love the pieces that I painted on Colour In Your Life. This square piece is “Crashing Waves” and it sold to a lady in Finland before I could even get it on my website! It is 60cmx60cm and it is 3 layers of resin detail. So many different colours and details going on with a big streak of gold through the middle. A whole lot of love is manifested in this artwork and I can’t wait to see photos of it in her home.”
