called ‘In the Beginning”
( some drawing experience is best)
the course will cover a wonderful spectrum of techniques
to entice you down a water colour painting journey

but your site says try a different one when CIYL switched over to this new format
i lost all my friends and found the old site far more user friendly

we have been trying to get the best situations organized for the sight and it is so difficult to do this on a scale that we have with the very limited budget that we have as well.
